Serigrafia

Sempreverde mi permette di sperimentare tantissimo. La prima serigrafia non l’ho stampata io, per questo quando ho visto il workshop da Spazio Florida mi ci sono fiondata immediatamente.

Volevo imparare a stampare in serigrafia, anche se non potrò replicare da sola perché ci vuole spazio, materiali specifici e tempo che non ho. Volevo un’altro fiore speciale da vendere sul mio shop.

Ho progettato la pianta e preparato il file di stampa a casa e poi ho mandato il file per verifica.
Il sabato successivo ho trovato ad aspettarmi già pronto uno dei due telai corrispondente ad uno dei due colori di stampa. Abbiamo preparato il telaio per la messa a registro e la stampa seriale e preparato poi il secondo telaio corrispondente al secondo colore.

Queste sono alcune foto di quello che riassumono i vari passaggi e il risultato finale, che presto sarà disponibile sullo shop in edizione limitatissima.

SEMPREVERDE provides me with ample opportunities for experimentation. When I discovered the serigraphy workshop at Spazio Florida, I eagerly seized the chance. Although I didn't personally handle my first screen printing I did for my shop, witnessing the process sparked my interest.

Although I lack the space, specific materials, and time required for independent screen printing, I was determined to learn the craft. My goal was to create another unique flower design to offer in my shop.

After designing the plant and preparing the print file at home, I submitted it for verification. The following Saturday, I found one of the frames ready, corresponding to the first print color. We meticulously prepared the frame for registration and began the serial printing process. Subsequently, we readied the second frame for the remaining color.

Here are some photos capturing the various steps and the final outcome, which will soon be available in a highly limited edition on my shop. The featured flower is the Passionflower.
